Les llengües preindoeuropeas són vàries llengües autòctones d'Eurasia que en la seua gran majoria es varen extinguir a conseqüència de les migracions indoeuropeas (2800-1000 a. C.). Es tracta de pobles prehistòrics del neolític o influències de tipo substrat anteriors a la presència de llengües indoeuropeas en els territoris que varen formar el domini llingüístic d'estes llengües autòctones o en territoris adjacents. Alguns eixemples són l'ibèric, el tartesio, l'aquitano o l'etrusc.

Localisació de les llengües preindoeuropeas documentades: Península ibèrica: vasc, tartésico, íbero; Península itálica: etrusc, rético, sicano, piceno septentrional, Península anatolia: hático, hurrito-urartiano, Grècia i Chipre: lemnio, eteocretense, eteochipriota, Iran: elamita, Índia: idioma d'Harappa, Sri Lanka: vedda.

l'arqueogenética ha mostrat que molts d'estos pobles neolítics europeus, cridats colectivament primers agricultors europeus, procedixen de pobles neolítics d'Anatolia que a partir del 7000 a. C. es varen expandir a Europa. Igualment, també alguns dels primers agricultors del sur d'Àsia es varen expandir des de la replanell irania, tenint el seu orige igual que els primers agricultors anatolios en els agricultors del Creixent Fèrtil.
