Alteració de les estacions

En fenologia, la alteració de les estacions (o més precisament, alvançament o retart de les estacions) es referix als canvis observats en el moment de les estacions de l'any,[1][2]com una més breu duració dels hiverns,[3] indicis més primerencs del començ de la primavera,[4] àmpliament observades en àrees templades del hemisferi nort,[5][6] o estius més prolongats a nivell global.[7] Els registres fenológicos analisats per climatólogos han mostrat tendències temporals significatives en el temps observat d'events estacionals,[8]des de finals de el XX i fins a el XXI.[6][9] En Europa, les alteracions de les estacions s'han associat en l'arribada de la primavera alvançant-se aproximadament una semana en un periodo recent de 30 anys.[10][11]Atres estudis han posat la taxa d'alteració estacional mida per la fenologia de la planta en el ranc de 2 a 3 dies per década d'alvanç en primavera i de 0,3 a 1,6 dies per década de retart en autumne, durant els últims 30 a 80 anys.[12]


Els canvis observables en la naturalea relacionats en les alteracions de les estacions inclouen aus que posen els seus ous abans i brots que apareixen en alguns arbres ya cap a fins de l'hivern.[13]Ademés de l'alvançament de la brotación, els arbres en flor han estat florint abans, per eixemple, els cerezos, que són culturalment importants en Japó,[14] i Washington D. C.[15][16][17] Els boscs boreales de frondoses han tingut una tendència en que perguen els seus fulls abans i conserven els seus copes verdes per més temps.[18] La temporada de creiximent de l'agricultura també s'ha expandit entre 10 i 20 dies en les últimes décades.[19]


Els efectes de l'alteració de les estacions també han segut observats per no científics, incloent jardiners que varen alvançar els seus temps de sembra de primavera,[20]i varen experimentar en plantacions de varietats de clima més resistents al clima càlit de plantes no natives.[21] Si be les temporades de creiximent estiuenc s'estan expandint, els hiverns es tornen més càlits i més curts, lo que resulta en una reducció de la capa de gèl hivernal en els cossos d'aigua,[22] un desgel més primerenc,[23] fluix d'aigua de desgel més primerencs,[24] i picos de nivell llacustre primaveral més primerencs.
