Graham Colin Swift, 4 de maig de 1949), és un conegut escritor britànic.
Autor de més de dèu noveles, traduïdes a més de trenta idiomes. La seua novela El país de l'aigua ha segut galardonada en els premis Premi Guardià de Ficción en l'any 1983 i fon aceptada com fellow de Real Sociedad de Literatura en l'any 1984.
Alguns dels seus treballs han segut transformats en películes, com "Last Orders", protagonisada per Michael Caine i Bob Hoskins.
