Emarginachelys cretacea
Emarginachelys cretacea és una espècie extinta de tortuga pertanyent al grup Cryptodira, coneguda per fòssils ben conservats de l'época del Maastrichtiense del Cretácico Superior de Montana, Estats Units.[1] La seua posició filogenético exacta dins de Cryptodira és incerta; diferents autors ho varen considerar el quelídrido[2][3] més antic conegut, o un parent fòssil dels kinosternoideos.[4][5][6]
