La cambra de gas és un método d'eixecució aplicat a humans i/o animals, consistent en una cambra sagellada a on s'introduïx un gas venenós o asfixiant. És conegut per ser l'instrument usat per a concretar la nomenada solució final durant el nazisme en els camps d'extermini durant la Segona Guerra Mundial. També és un método d'eixecució de criminals en alguns països.
