Plastic straw photo degraded in sunlight. Straw was found off a hiking trail and broke into several large pieces upon touching. Video shows the two largest pieces. Pressed lightly and the straw broke in to many pieces. Estimating about 1,000 pieces and many were quite small qualifying as microplastics.
