Àcit aminometilfosfónico

l'aminofosfonato àcit aminometilfosfónico (AMPA) és un àcit orgànic dèbil en un grup fosfonato. És un dels principals productes de degradació del herbicida glifosato.[1] El AMPA té baixa toxicitat, que és comparable a la del glifosato.[2] S'ha trobat que pot ser descompost de manera natural en el sol[3] o transformat en àcit fosfórico per mig de l'acció bacteriana[4][5] i finalment a diòxit de carbono i fosfat inorgànic.[6]
