English: Young Mao Zedong statue in Orange Isle. The statue was created by Li Ming from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, with Hu Jianguo from the Hunan Provincial Architectural Design Institute serving as the chief technical design director.
中文（简体）：​毛泽东青年艺术雕塑背面像，长沙橘子洲头。雕像由广州美术学院黎明创作，湖南省建筑设计院胡建国担任设计技术总负责人。其高32米、长83米、宽41米，基座3500平方米，由8000多块采自福建高山的永定红花岗岩石拼接而成，总重量约2000吨。
