Deutsch: Wiesen-Pippau (Crepis biennis), wird auch als Vogeldistel bezeichnet. Der Wiesen-Pippau ist ein mehrjähriges Kraut, das meist auf Wiesen zu finden ist. Die von den Viehaltern unbeliebte Pflanze (ergibt hartes Heu) hat eine Wuchshöhe von etwa 30 bis 120 Zentimetern.
English: Rough hawksbeard (Crepis biennis), also known as bird thistle. Meadow Pippau is a perennial herb mostly found in meadows. The plant, which is unpopular with livestock farmers (results in hard hay), grows to a height of around 30 to 120 centimetres.
