Ixotecuhtli (del náhuatl: ixotecuhtli ‘senyor dels ulls’‘ixitli, vore o ixtelolohtli, ull; tecuhtli, senyor’) en la mitologia asteca és el deu lliure, o de la llibertat. La seua característica és que és tan ràpit com el vent, i pot atravessar les parets; Segons Sahagún és un deu popular molt antic, potser provinent dels Tolteques, se li representa en ales blaves.
